Meet the Staff
Randy Riegner has 30 years experience and training
in insurance. He has earned several professional designations: CLU
in 1978, ChFC
in 1984, CIC
in 1987, CPCU
in 1992, and REBC
in 1998. He works in all the areas of the agency's business including personal and commercial
lines, life and health, and employee benefits.

Community service - Randy has been active in the membership and leadership of many community
organizations. He is a 22-year member and past president of the Collegeville Rotary Club
and an active member and past president of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce. He
has served for 12 years as a member of the Perkiomen Valley School District Board of Directors,
retiring December 2005. He has previously held the offices of President and Vice President.
He currently serves on the board of the Perkiomen Valley School District Foundation and
the North Montco Technical Career Center General Advisory Committee. |

| Debbie Riegner joined Randy in the insurance business
in 1982. Prior to that she was Data Processing Operations Manager at Girard Bank, Philadelphia.
She has successfully completed courses for and holds both the CIC and CPCU professional
designations. Debbie is a member of many community organizations including the Collegeville
Community Club and Central Perkiomen Career Women. She serves on the Board of Directors
and is current President of the Community Music School, Trappe. She is also a member of
the Board of Directors and past Chairperson of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce.
She also serves on the Board of the Collegeville Economic Development Corporation. |

| Sue Frederick joined our agency in August 1998.
She is a licensed property and casualty agent and holds the Certified Insurance Service
Representative designation. She is currently working to obtain her CIC designation. Sue
is our Office Manager. Her responsibilities include agency and premium accounting, claims,
and property and casualty support functions and training. |

| Heather Frederick joined our agency in July 2006.
She is a licensed property and casualty agent providing support for both the property and
casualty and the life and health areas. Heather lives in Gilbertsville with her new son,

| Debbie Rotenberger is a resident of Trappe and
has 30 years experience in technical and administrative fields. She holds a B.S. Degree
in Secondary Education from West Chester University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Debbie assists Randy Riegner in the administration of life, health and group insurance operations
and is currently a licensed life and health insurance agent. She assists her husband, Jim,
with the activities of JR's Auctioneering in Trappe. |

| Blake Kneeland joined our agency in November 2005.
He has 20+ years experience in the fields of software and sales, holds a B.A. degree in
English from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed Life, Health, Property and Casualty
agent. Blake's primary focus is on the sales of Group Benefits. He resides in Worcester
with his wife Vicki and two children, Zachary and Shane. In his free time he assists his
wife Vicki in the activities of The Gym and Tan-Line Studio in Lower Providence. |
