He served for 12 years as a member of the Perkiomen Valley School District Board of Directors, retiring December 2005. |

| Debbie Riegner joined Randy in the insurance business in 1982. Prior to that she was Data Processing Operations Manager at Girard Bank, Philadelphia. She has successfully completed courses for and holds both the CIC and CPCU professional designations. Debbie is a member of many community organizations including the Collegeville Community Club and Central Perkiomen Career Women. She serves on the Board of Directors and is current President of
the Community Music School, Trappe. She also serves on the Board of the Collegeville Economic Development Corporation, and has served on the board of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce. |

| Sue Frederick joined our agency in August 1998.
She is a licensed property and casualty agent and holds the Certified Insurance Service
Representative designation. She is currently working to obtain her CIC designation. Sue
is our Office Manager. Her responsibilities include agency and premium accounting, claims,
and property and casualty support functions and training. |

She assists her husband, Jim,

| Blake Kneeland joined our agency in November 2005.
He has 20+ years experience in the fields of software and sales, holds a B.A. degree in
English from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed Life, Health, Property and Casualty
agent. Blake's primary focus is on the sales of Group Benefits. He resides in Worcester
with his wife Vicki and two children, Zachary and Shane. In his free time he assists his
wife Vicki in the activities of The Gym and Tan-Line Studio in Lower Providence. |
